Recently CGAS has been developing its risk assessment services for our clients that outsource or are considering outsourcing.  When placing critical business processes with a third party, who are often based offshore, the business risks needs to be assessed, reviewed and quantified.  An organisation can then plan suitable contingencies such that residual risks are kept within acceptable levels.  We work closely with our partner, ExcelSource, as part of a broad outsourcing assessment and evaluation service.
