MBCI qualified Business Continuity specialist with excellent knowledge of FSA regulations and business continuity with 10 years experience delivering full life cycle business continuity and disaster recovery solutions. Focused on delivery the most recent assignment as Interim Head of Group Business Continuity has been the development and implementation of full Business Recovery solution including the provision of an operating work area recovery solution.

An Interim Executive with 30 years' business experience whose key skills include the ability to integrate strategy with tactics, taking a customer perspective, change management adn developing people whilst focusing on results. Most recent assignment was as risk manager for a niche mortgage lender developing team that managed all risk disciplines and reporting to the Chief Executive. Provided leadership and direction to a demoralised team.

Experienced Credit Risk manager with over 20 years senior financial services experience. Most recently created a new credit risk team and developed credit risk strategy to allow client to establish itself as the leading provider of credit products to high networth individuals and corporates and individuals in off-shore markets. Member of the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants (APCC), and an Associate of the Compliance Institute (AC0I).

An experienced Compliance Officer, Training & Competence (T&C) Officer and Money Laundering Officer, with Business Review work including: Risk & Compliance on and off shore, Pension, FSAVC, Mortgage Endowment, Complaint Handling, Business & Investment Reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley and Systems and Controls. Results orientated, pro-active, and able to carry out planned strategy "Hands-On." Capable of performing competently and efficiently either as a Compliance Officer, Project Manager, Team Leader, or individually using own initiative as appropriate.
